When it comes to organising major events, I can honestly say no-one in my experience does it better than Maree Licastro.  She is the consummate professional.

Maree organised the inaugural WA Fire Ball in 2011 and the following Fire Ball in 2013.  So successful were these two industry events, thanks to Maree, we’ve decided to hold the ball every year from now on.

Maree has a real flair for events, adding that creative touch that makes the event a stand-out occasion. She knows how to book the right entertainment and novelty acts, secure the necessary sponsorship and manage the finances.   This has been absolutely essential for our Fire Ball events because a major purpose for running them has been to raise money for the Princess Margaret Hospital Burns Unit.

The major event  for The Mortgage Gallery was its’ Annual Conference.

It was an event that was extremely well supported by invited guests, sponsors and every level of The Mortgage Gallery staff.

The combination of an event that had a strong business content through international, national and local speakers, practical workshops and gave high recognition to staff through the culmination of the conferences, the Gala Awards event, proved to be an attraction not generally matched in the industry.

Its success was due almost entirely to Shelley Ure.

The attention to detail and the smooth running of these events for over 10 years were hallmarks to that success.

Shelley’s capacity to coordinate all aspects of running such an event always received high acclaim from the speakers, entertainers and all those attending.

I have known and worked with Angelina since 2001.  During this time Angelina took responsibility for organising a number of corporate events on behalf of The Mortgage Gallery and for other business partners which I also attended.

With regards to The Mortgage Gallery events, Angelina organised and ran;

  • A three day conference in Geraldton attended by franchisees from all over WA
  • Client ‘thank you’ function for franchisees that was attended by over 60 clients and business partners
  • Annual ’10 Year Club’ functions.

These were not run of the mill events but quality events that all went off without a hitch.

I also attended the annual REIWA events organised by Angelina that were also extremely well run and well attended.
